Trespass Tows

If your vehicle is impounded, Owners will be required to produce the following documents to retrieve or access a vehicle:

Tow-Out:

1. Current proof of ownership to include a title or current registration and a valid photo identification.

To Drive a Vehicle Out:

1. Owner must provide a valid current registration.
2. Valid and current insurance for the vehicle.
3. Valid State Issued Driver's License from the United States.

Proof of Ownership includes:

1. Current vehicle registration showing you as the owner.
2. Original Title designating you as the current owner.

Valid Photo Identification includes one of the following:

1. Valid State issued driver license from the United States.
2. Valid State issued identification card or military ID from the United States.
3. Valid Passport.

** Name on Identification must match the owner documentation.**

**Current Proof of Insurance- Vehicles may ONLY be driven off the lot if it is properly insured; without proper insurance Vehicles must be towed out of Storage Facility, additional fees applied.**
